TX Nothing behind a phone call

Every service, every price.

Some prices are ranges because teeth aren’t interchangeable. Position and size change the work. Your exact numbers go on a written treatment plan before anything starts, and we run your insurance first so the plan shows your share, not just the total.

The whole list

  • TX 01

    New-patient exam + full X-rays

    about an hour

The full look, narrated in plain words, with the X-rays on a screen you can see. You leave with a written plan and exact prices, or with "everything looks healthy," which we say a lot.

    $149

  • TX 02

    Cleaning (healthy gums)

    50 unhurried minutes

The regular cleaning, when your gums are healthy. If this is all you need, this is all we do. Nobody gets talked into the deeper one.

    $110

  • TX 03

    Deep cleaning

one side per visit, numb the whole time

Only when your gums genuinely need it, and you see the pocket measurements on the screen first, so the "why" is yours before the "yes" is.

    $240–$320· per side

  • TX 04

    Fillings (white)

    usually under an hour

Tooth-colored, matched to yours. The range is the size of the filling, not a mystery. Your written plan names the exact number per tooth.

    $190–$310· per tooth

  • TX 05

    Crowns (porcelain, temporary included)

    two visits, two weeks apart

Porcelain, shade-matched, with the temporary you wear between visits included in the price, not billed as a surprise line item.

    $980–$1,250· per tooth

  • TX 06

    Whitening (take-home trays)

    one short fitting, then home

Custom trays and professional gel, with an honest talk about what whitening can and can’t do for your particular teeth before you pay for it.

    $260

How the ranges work

A range means tooth position and size change the work. A small filling on a front tooth is not a large one on a molar. Your written treatment plan names the exact number for your exact tooth before anything starts.

We file insurance for you and estimate your share up front, in writing: the math on paper before the work, not a surprise EOB after it.
